  1. Coarsely grind dal and rice in a grinder jar
  2. Take it in a mixing bowl
  3. Soak poha in a water for 5 mins
  4. Squeeze water from poha and mix it in dal mixture
  5. Add all the ingredients except cheese and mix it nicely
  6. Make lemon size balls from the mixture and stuff cheese in it and deep fry in a hot oil
  7. Serve it with ketchup
