  5. Take to taste Salt
  6. Make ready 1 tsp Ciba haldi
  7. Make ready To taste Ciba sambhar masala
  8. Get 1/4 tsp Ciba hing
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Oil
  10. Take For tadka :
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp rai,
  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp jeera
  13. Make ready 1 spring curry leaves
  14. Make ready 1/2 cup Tamarind water
  15. Take 1/2 cup Rice - cooked

Steps to make Fried Sambhar Rice Balls with stuffed Concasse Sauce:
  1. In a pressure cooker put dal and all vegetables and adrak green chilli.
  2. Add all dry spices. Mix well. Pressure cook it for 3- 4 whistles.
  3. Prepare tadka. Heat oil put rai jeera hing and curry leaves. When splutter pour in sambhar. Lastly add tamarind water and stir well. Sambhar is ready.
  4. Now in a pan take one cup of Sambhar…remove vegetables. Cook till thickens. Cool it.
  5. Now in a bowl take this sambhar and add. Cooked rice and mix well.
  6. Now take little portion of dal rice mixture and put tomato concasse in center and bind it and make ball. (As shown in pic) prepare all.
  7. Now dip in slurry and coat with breadcrumbs. Prepare all.
  8. Deep fry till golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with Tomato Concasse.
