The ingredients needed to make Steam Veggie balls:
  1. Prepare 1 grated CARROT
  2. Prepare 1 grated BEETROOT
  3. Prepare 1 chopped CAPSICUM
  4. Take 4-5 FRENCH BEANS
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp CHILLI FLAKES
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp CHAT MASALA
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp RICE FLOUR/CORN FLOUR/MAIDA
  8. Take 4 tbsp GRINDED PLAIN OATS
  9. Take as per taste SALT
  10. Prepare 1/2 tbsp RED CHILLI POWDER

Steps to make Steam Veggie balls:
  1. In a bowl, put all the veggies and Coriander mix well.
  2. Add chaat masala, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, salt,rice flour and oats. Mix well.
  3. Make it in a form of soft dough by adding very small amount of water(probably 2-3drops).
  4. Make some small round balls through it. Make sure you make small balls so that, they could get a proper stream further.
  5. In a deep pan, boil some water with lid cover and grease the upper flat lid with some oil.
  6. Place the balls on the flat lid and cover it with a glass/steal lid.
  7. After 15-20 minutes. Check the balls with the help of toothpick make sure no residue should be left on toothpick.
  8. And, serve it with some green chutney and red sauce.
