  1. Get 1 cup Leftover Steamed Rice
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp Cheese (mozerrela)
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp finely chopped Carrot
  4. Take 1 tbsp finely chopped Onion
  5. Take 1 tbsp finely chopped Capsicum
  6. Take 1 tbsp finely Chopped Coriander
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
  8. Take 1/2 tsp Oregano
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp Green Chilli
  10. Take Pinch Salt
  11. Get 1 egg
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp Milk
  13. Prepare Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions to make Rice and Cheese Balls:
  1. Take leftover rice and add all veggies and salt. And keep it aside for 4-5 mins
  2. Till then take another bowl and put egg in it. Add some seasoning i.e. Black Pepper, oregano, salt and chopped Coriander.
  3. After giving rest for 4-5mins add cheese in it. Make small balls of it.
  4. At last moment add milk in our egg batter and whisk it nice.
  5. Now dip our rice balls in egg batter and fry them on low to medium heat. If you want to make them crispy you can roll our egg coated balls in bread crumbs or corn flakes garnuals.
  6. Fry them until it get light golden colour. And serve it with Tomato Ketchup or Green Chutney
