Instructions to make Locust beans Jellof Rice:
  1. Fry the palm oil with some onions. Add in the tomatoes mix and the suya and fry.
  2. Add in water, all the powders, enough locust beans and seasoning.
  3. Allow to cook not just boil. Add in washed rice. After its almost cooked, add in the sliced carrots and spring onions. Put the flame to the lowest and allow to steam.
  4. Serve
