  1. Make ready 100 g okro
  2. Make ready 500 g chicken
  3. Take 3 tbsp ogbono
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp crayfish
  5. Make ready 100 ml palm oil
  6. Take 1 tsp Dawadawa
  7. Prepare 4 maggi
  8. Get Spices
  9. Get to taste Salt
  10. Get 50 g kpomo

Instructions to make Fresh okro soup:
  1. Wash meat, season and cook with shreded kpomo and set aside.
  2. Wash okro, and grate, wash pepper and pound then set aside.
  3. In a pot put the meat stock,pepper,dawadawa,palm oil, crayfish and cook, allow to boil well the add okro and ogbono, stir well and cook for 3 minutes then add meat and kpomo, at this point,cook on low heat for 5minutes and off the gas.
  4. Tadaaa…. yummy yummy is ready! Serve with hot amala or any swallow of choice.
