Steps to make White okro soup:
  1. Grate okro and set aside, put the dried fish and Kpomo, add some salt and seasoning cubes, add the dried pepper, some onions… Cover and allow to boil for some minutes.
  2. Add the grated okro and iru (locust bean)…stir together to combine completely. Taste for salt (add if necessary) Cover and allow to boil finally.
  3. Your white okro soup is ready to be eaten with any swallow of your choice…enjoy!
