Instructions to make Catfish Pepper Soup:
  1. Pour lot of water into a pot and place over heat.
  2. Allow to boil and put some pepper soup spice.
  3. Add seasonings to taste.
  4. Add chili pepper and stir.
  5. Add locust beans.
  6. Add little vegetable oil and stir.
  7. Add grinded crayfish.
  8. Add the diced scotch bonnet.
  9. Add the washed and marinaded catfish
  10. Leave to cook.
  11. Add the finely sliced uziza leaves.
  12. Leave to cook.
  13. Do not stir too much to prevent the cat fish from scattering.
  14. Lastly, add the finely sliced scent leaves. Allow to cook and served.
  15. Can be served as main dish or before depending on choice.
