  1. Pour water on a pot allow it to boil, take a bowl, put two cups of semovita add cold water to it, use wooden spatula to stir it. Pour the mixture into the boiling water. Allow to boil again, then bring your semovita flour and start adding it small small with one hand and use the other hand stir it with wooden spatula, until its thickens and no lumps.. Allow it to heat again.. And serve
  2. For the soup: Boil your meat with some seasoning cubes, onions, ginger and garlic paste, set aside. Pour your palm oil on the pot, put some chop onion, stir fry, add your grated scotch bonnet, bell pepper, onions. Stir fry for some minutes and add water (you can use the water u boiled your meat).
