  6. Prepare 2 tablespoon grounded crayfish
  7. Take 4 fresh pepper

  9. Take 3 big smoked fish(panla)optional
  10. Make ready 1 cup Palm oil
  11. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon locust beans(iru)

Instructions to make Native rice:
  1. Per boil rice,roughly blend pepper, tomatoes, it's, onion then boil till is almost dry.
  2. Heat up the Palm oil, add chopped onions immediately leave for 15sec
  3. Add the already blended tomato mix,grounded crayfish, smoked fish, crayfish stock cube and salt to taste.
  4. Allow to fry till the oil floats to the top
  5. Now add enough water, allow to boil then add the parboiled rice, stir so the ingredients goes around cover and allow to cook for 20mins
  6. After that put in the chopped scent leaf,stir and reduce the heat.
  7. There you have a perfect native rice.
