  1. Wash the periwinkle thoroughly. Cut off the bottom so it can be sucked easily. Soak in very boiled water.
  2. Add red oil in a pot, add the blended pepper to it. Add water, ginger, garlic. Allow to boil. Add the periwinkle, Kpomo. Add the steamed ice fish, Crayfish. Add the blended locust beans and Ugba.
