Steps to make Bitter leaf soup:
  1. Cook beans with salt until soft
  2. Blend the Scott bonnet, red pepper and onion.
  3. Put oil in pan,add onions and allow it to fry,put the blended pepper and allow it to fry
  4. Put the beans,add water,seasong and allow it to simmer
  5. Wash the bitter leaf up to 5 thyme.put in pot and stir.add the fry fish.
  6. Add the black pepper, garlic and locus beans.
  7. Cover and allow it to cook for ten minute
  8. Served with tuwon shinkafa.
