  1. Prepare 300 g Scallops
  2. Make ready 1 bunch Spinach *OR plenty of ready-to-serve Baby Spinach
  3. Prepare 20-30 g Butter
  4. Take 1 clove Garlic *finely chopped
  5. Get 1-2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

Instructions to make Butter Soy Scallops & Spinach:
  1. Wash Spinach well and cut about 3cm, OR you can use the ready-to-serve Baby Spinach. Large scallops can be sliced in half.
  2. Heat Butter in a frying pan and cook Garlic and Scallops until golden on both sides, then add Spinach.
  3. When Spinach is cooked, add Soy Sauce. Serve with freshly cooked hot rice or mix with freshly cooked pasta.
  4. *Tip: You can add some Chilli as well if you like it spicy.
