  3. Take 1 pack bokchoi
  4. Get 1 carrot
  5. Take 1-2 spring onions
  6. Take 1-2 tsp Dashi sauce
  7. Take 1-2 tap soy sauce
  8. Make ready 2-3 drop sesame oil
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp sake
  10. Make ready 1 pack fresh chicken stock

Steps to make Shiitake Dashi with quick cooked scallops:
  1. Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms and slice thinly.
  2. Slice spring onions, slice carrot to ribbon shape and cut up bok choy to chunky size
  3. Bring chicken stock to boil in the sauce pan
  4. Quick fry mushrooms and scallops on hot pan for 1-2 min
  5. Once stock is boiling add mushrooms, scallops, bok choy, carrot and spring onions
  6. Add all the sauces in and taste
  7. A few drop of sesame oil before serve
