Instructions to make Easy stuffed mushrooms!:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Wash and de-stem mushrooms (reserve stems for later)
  3. Small dice onion and mushroom stems. Mince garlic
  4. In medium sauteed pan caramelize onions and garlic
  5. Add chopped mushroom stems to cook onions. Cook until tender. Add salt and pepper
  6. In separate bowl, mix together sausage, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, sage, panko, and parmesan
  7. Add cooked onions to sausage mixture
  8. In a 8×8 or 9×13 pan place mushroom tops
  9. Scoop small amount of sausage mixture into each mushroom top
  10. Top stuffed mushrooms with panko and parmesan cheese
  11. Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°
