Instructions to make Chicken and mushroom pie:
  1. In a pan add diced onion,potatoes and olive oil and sauté fill onions are cooked
  2. Add the mushrooms and garlic
  3. Continue to fry until the mushrooms are cooked, then add shredded chicken
  4. Dissolve 1 stock cube in boiling water then add into the pan. Close with a lid and allow everything to cook until the stock evaporated
  5. The mix milk and cream of mushroom soup together and add into the pan with bay leaves. Cook for a further 2 minutes then remove from heat and add salt and pepper
  6. Transfer into an oven safe dish then cover with store bought puff pastry and add brush with some egg wash(remember to poke holes in the puff pastry,to allow steam to escape when baking)
  7. Then all done !
