The ingredients needed to make Springroll with sweet and chilli sauce:
  1. Prepare 1 package springroll skin
  2. Make ready 500 gr chicken breast, grinded
  3. Prepare 200 gr lean pork minced
  4. Prepare 2 piece carrot, grated
  5. Take 3 piece dried black mushroom, boil till soft and slice thinly
  6. Prepare 1 handfull of glass noodle/vermicelli
  7. Prepare 1 little bunch of spring onion
  8. Prepare 4 clove garlic,chopped
  9. Get salt and pepper
  10. Prepare chicken powder
  11. Make ready oil to fry

  1. Make the springroll stuff : heat little oil in a pan, saute the garlic till fragrant
  2. Add the chicken and pork till the colour change, add carrot,black mushroom,and vermicelli.
  3. Add salt pepper and chicken powder to taste and add chopped spring onion and mix all together untill cook and done
  4. Make the springroll. add a tablespoon of the mixture in a springroll skin,fold and deep fry it in hot oil.
  5. Best serve with sweet and chilli sauce
