  1. Sub sy pehle sugur syrup ready kar lein pani main sugur, lemon slice, saffron add kar ke medium flem par 10 min cook kar lein phir room temperature par thanda kar ke side kar dein
  2. Dough ready krein egg, milk, oil, sugur mix krein phir maida aur baking powder add kar ke ache sy mix kar lein aur hasbe zarorat pani add kar ke firm dough ready kar ke 10 min rest dein
  3. 10 min baad dough ke 4 balls bana lein
  4. Phir ek patli roti bail kar pic main jesay cut lage hain laga lein
  5. Aub jesay pic main nazar a raha hai wesay hath sy leaves ka sheep de dein
  6. Phir oil garam kar ke slow flame par fry krein
