  1. Take 1 cup boiled Spinach
  2. Take 100 grams peas
  3. Take 1 cup carrot pieces
  4. Prepare 2 cup rice
  5. Make ready 4 cups water
  6. Take 1/2 tbls Red chilli powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tbls Salt
  8. Get 1/2 tbls green chilli paste
  9. Make ready 1/2 cup Oil
  10. Make ready 1 onion sliced

Steps to make Spinach Pulao:
  1. Fry onions into oil and golden it. Add salt, red chilli powder and green chilli paste in it. Cook for a minute.
  2. Add boiled spinach, peas and carrots in it and mix well cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add water and check the salt. If needed add more. Now add soaked rice in the water and cook them.
  4. Cook rice on low flame by covering with lid till they are cooked.
  5. Spinach rice are ready to serve with mint chutney and raitaa.
