  1. Take 1 cup For rose sharbat
  2. Take 1 cup water
  3. Get 2 tbsp Roohafza
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  5. Get for pink rice
  6. Make ready 1 cup boiled rice
  7. Get 1 sliced onion
  8. Get 2 chopped garlic cloves
  9. Get 2 tbsp beetroot juice
  10. Get 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  11. Get 1 tbsp oil

Steps to make Rose sharbat with pink rice:
  1. For rose sharbat….Take a bowl, add milk, water.
  2. Add rooh awza and sugar, mix well.
  3. Pour it into the bottle. Rose sharbat is ready to drink.
  4. For pink rice…Grind one beetroot in a mixer along with little water. Strain it. Beetroot juice is ready.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic. Saute for one minute on medium flame.
  6. Add boiled rice, salt and black pepper, mix well on medium flame.
  7. Add beetroot juice, mix well. Turn off the flame. Pink rice is ready to serve with rose sharbat. Enjoy!!!
