The ingredients needed to make Bread Pulao:
  1. Prepare 4 pieces bread
  2. Get 1 big tomato
  3. Prepare 1 big onion
  4. Prepare 1/4 cabbage (thinly sliced)
  5. Take 1 medium carrot
  6. Get 1/2 capsicum
  7. Get 7-8 french beans
  8. Get 1 big potato
  9. Prepare Handful peas
  10. Get 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  11. Make ready Half lemon juice
  12. Prepare 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  13. Get 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
  14. Prepare to taste Salt according
  15. Prepare As needed Oil and butter for frying

Add some chopped coriander leaves, red chili powder and ketchup mix and cook for a minute. Add a tsp of sugar and stir. Then add the cubed bread slices. Mix it all well together, add some more coriander.

Instructions to make Bread Pulao:
  1. Chop all the veggies.
  2. Heat butter in a pan. Add some refined oil in the butter to avoid burning.
  3. Add chopped potatoes and carrots in the pan fry untill it gets half cooked.

  5. Add rest of the veggies and fry till they turn soft.

  7. Toss it for a minute or two.
