  3. Make ready 1 pinch Green food colour
  4. Make ready 300 grams rock sugar

Steps to make Sauf(fennel seeds) sharbat syrup:
  1. Soak fennel seeds for an hour or so with some sugar.
  2. Grind the fennel seeds finely.
  3. In a pan add the grounded mixture,rock sugar water and start boiling.
  4. Boil till the syrup become thick.
  5. Strain, let it cool. Add food colour. And store.
