The ingredients needed to make Multigrain cookies:
  1. Take 1 cup wheat flour
  2. Take 1 cup multigrain healthy porridge mix powder
  3. Get 1/2 cup melted ghee
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup brown sugar
  5. Take 1/2 cup white sugar powder
  6. Take 1 tsp baking soda
  7. Prepare 2-3 tbsp milk

Add ground barley and ground flax. Fold in old fashioned oats and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto cookie sheets. Stir the oats with the wheat flour, quinoa flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.

Steps to make Multigrain cookies:
  1. Measure all the ingredients
  2. Whisk well the melted ghee with brown and white sugar. Then mix all the dry ingredients. Add two to three tablespoons of milk to make as soft dough
  3. Fill the mixed dough in plastic bag and refrigerate it for 30mins. After that remove the plastic sheet and use the spoon to shape as leaf.
  4. Preheat the oven and bake @180 degree celcius for 15to 18 mins. Once chill out transfer to airtight box. Enjoy the healthy cookies.

Drop by rounded tablespoon onto cookie sheets. Stir the oats with the wheat flour, quinoa flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Place the cut cookies on a greased baking tray. Cool them on a wire rack. The cookies are cooled and ready to serve.
