  3. Get Half cup jawar
  4. Take Half cup bajri
  5. Prepare Half cup ragi
  6. Prepare 1 finely chopped onion
  7. Make ready 1 finely chopped tomato
  8. Prepare 1 finely chopped capsicum
  9. Take 1 green chilli pieces
  10. Take 25 grams carrot dice
  11. Make ready 25 grams French beans finely chopped
  12. Prepare 25 grams peas
  13. Take 1 tbsp Peanuts
  14. Get 2 tbsp Oil
  15. Get Mustard seeds half tbsp
  16. Get 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  17. Get Pinch Asafoetida
  18. Get 4 to 6 Curry leaves
  19. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  20. Take 1 tsp Turmeric
  21. Prepare Salt as per taste
  22. Prepare 1 tsp Garam masala
  23. Make ready 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Instructions to make Multigrain Khichdi:
  1. Soak rice and all grains for 2 hours. - Heat oil in cooker. - Add mustard seeds to it and let it sputter. - Then add cumin seeds and curry leaves to it. - Let it crackle for few seconds. - Then add asafoetida. - Now put onion in it and saute well till it becomes golden brown in colour. - Then add tomatoes to it. - Then add all veggies to it.
  2. Add above mention masala to it. - Saute for a minute and add water to it. - And whistle it 5 times on medium flame. - Our multigrain khichdi is ready now.
