The ingredients needed to make Multigrain dhokla:
  1. Get 1 cup Manna health mix
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup curd
  3. Prepare 1 tsp grated ginger
  4. Take 1 tsp salt
  5. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Take 1 tsp green chillies crushed
  7. Take 1/2 tsp baking soda
  8. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  9. Prepare For seasoning
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  12. Get 4-5 curry leaves
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp coriander leaves

Instructions to make Multigrain dhokla:
  1. Take Manna health mix and add curd to it. Rest it for 5 mins.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients except the seasoning ingredients.
  3. Take a mould, grease it and fill the moulds with the batter. Steam it for 15 mins.
  4. When done, cooled demould them and heat oil seasoning it with the reqd ingredients and remove in a plate and garnish with coriander leaves and serve with ketchup
