The ingredients needed to make Multigrain aloo Paratha:
  1. Get 1/4 cup whole wheat atta
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup oats flour
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup ragi flour
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup bajra flour
  5. Make ready 1 onion chopped
  6. Prepare 2 potatoes boiled and mashed
  7. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Make ready to taste Salt
  9. Get 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  10. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. Get 1/2 tsp Ajwain/carom seeds
  12. Prepare As needed Oil for frying

This is a healthy combination of multigrains in a paratha form. It is soft, flaky and very nutritious too. You can add millet flour, soya flour or jowar flour in this as well. I didn't have it on hands so i didn't use it.

Instructions to make Multigrain aloo Paratha:
  1. First Of all combine all the flour in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add water and make a soft dough.
  3. Mash the potatoes and add all spices.
  4. Heat a griddle on a medium flame.
  5. Dust the rolling surface and the dough ball.
  6. Now flattern the ball and place a scoop filling in it.
  7. Close the flattern dough and form a smooth ball again. flattern it in the form of parantha.
  8. Place the Parantha on the hot tawa and and let it cook for1/2 minute.
  9. Flip the Parantha, apply 1/4 tsp of oil on the cooked side and flip it again.
  10. Now apply 1/4 tsp of oil on the other side.
  11. Let the Parantha brown as per desire taste on both sides.
  12. Transfer the cooked Paratha to serving plate.
  13. Serve hot with juice or curd.

You can add millet flour, soya flour or jowar flour in this as well. I didn't have it on hands so i didn't use it.
