  1. Heat desi ghee in a big karahi & deep fry the makhane. Take them out & grind them in mortal & pestal.
  2. In the same ghee,add all the flours & cook till oil spreads from corners.Stirr constantly. Switch off the flame.
  3. Add seeds,crushed malhane,grated coconut, chopped almonds & crushed sugar.Mix them well.
  4. Let them semi cool.Make small laddu from it.
  5. Serve cold or hot.
