The ingredients needed to make Multigrain vada sambar:
  1. Get 50 gram rice para boiled
  2. Make ready 1/2 Katori Daliya wheat
  3. Get 1/2 Katori green mung dal
  4. Take 2 tbs Chanadaal
  5. Make ready 1/2 Katori Curry leaves chopped
  6. Make ready Salt
  7. Prepare Refined oil
  8. Take For sambar
  9. Prepare 1/2 catoori tuar daal
  10. Make ready 1 tablespoon sambar masala
  11. Make ready oil
  12. Get Salt
  13. Get 1 catorie Pumpkin
  14. Get 2 tbs carrot chopped
  15. Take 1/2 catorie Onion
  16. Make ready 1/2 cup Turmind juice

Make equal size ball of this mixture and gently give the shape of a vada. Keep in fridge for half an hour so that they maintain their shape and get firm. Sambar vadai is urad dal vadai, soaked in mild and flavourful sambar. After their chutneys, I like their sambar vada.
