  7. Get 2 tbsp oats

Instructions to make Multigrain dosa:
  1. Wash and Soak all the grains except oats in water for 6 hours.
  2. Drain excess water and Grind soaked grains with oats.
  3. If batter consistency is thick, add some water and make it thin. Add salt and fenugreek leaves paste and keep aside for half an hour.
  4. Now heat a non stick griddle and pour dosa batter and spread it with the help of spoon. Cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Flip the side. Cook for 2 minutes. Nutritious dosa is ready.
  6. Serve hot with sambhar and chutney.
