  2. Dry fry the ajoain and souf and crushed them roughly… put the soaked dals and rice in a mixer, add some water,paste it and make a batter.
  3. In the batter add hing, salt, crushed masalas,mix it well and put aside for 10 mins…Then add finely chopped veggies…Mix them all…
  4. Heat a nonstick pan properly, brush a little bit oil, then put a amount of batter in it, spread the batter,…Cover it, after 5 to 6 mins if the bottom is done flip it with the help of a spatula… Sprinkle a little bit of oil around it's side if needed…Cover it…Low the flame when you put the cover, but when you put the batter on pan the the flame should be medium to high..
