The ingredients needed to make Multigrain thepla:
  1. Make ready 1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup finely chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
  3. Get 2 tbsp bajra (black millet) flour
  4. Take 2 tbsp jowar (white millet) flour
  5. Get 2 tbsp ragi (nachni / red millet) flour
  6. Get 2 tsp sesame seeds (til)
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp honey
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
  10. Prepare 1 tsp flax seeds
  11. Get to taste salt
  12. Take as required whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) for rolling
  13. Prepare 12 tsp oil for cooking

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a semi-soft dough using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 24 equal portions and roll out each portion into a 150 mm. (6") diameter circle using whole wheat flour for rolling.
  3. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each circle, using ½ tsp of oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
