  7. Take 1/4 tsp cumin powder

  11. Get As needed butter

Steps to make Multigrain Aloo Methi Paratha:
  1. In a large mixing bowl add one cup wheat flour, one cup sorghum flour.
  2. Now add mashed potato and chopped methi leaves.
  3. Now add onion green chilli coriander leaves paste along with turmeric powder and red chilli powder cumin powder coriander powder and salt.
  4. Now add water gradually and knead into soft dough.
  5. Now make small small medium size balls of the dough.
  6. Now roll them out into round paratha.
  7. Now heat tava (girdle) and place the rolled paratha.
  8. Roast the paratha from both sides with a spoonful of butter.paratha is ready. Serve hot with curd or sauce.
