The ingredients needed to make BAKED MULTIGRAIN  FLOUR  CUTLET:
  1. Take 1/2 Cup Ragi flour
  2. Take 1/2 Cup Bajra flour
  3. Prepare 1/2 Cup Jowar flour
  4. Prepare 1 Cup Wheat flour
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Roasted Cumin seeds
  6. Get to taste Salt
  7. Take 1 tbsp Red chilli paste
  8. Take 1 Onion
  9. Get 2 Green Chillies
  10. Get 1/2 tsp Oil

It's a delicious blend of multigrain flour with eight whole grains and fiber-packed flaxseed. Add the fed sourdough starter and the remaining dough ingredients, and mix and knead — by hand, mixer, bread machine or food processor — until you've made a soft dough, adding additional water or flour as needed. Blend well the bread flour, caster sugar, salt, skim milk powder in a mixing bowl. Add the instant dry yeast and water into the mixture.

Steps to make BAKED MULTIGRAIN  FLOUR  CUTLET:
  1. This are the ingredients.
  2. Add all the flour in a bowl. Add cumin seeds - Red chilli paste, salt and oil. Add Black pepper - Oil 1/2 tsp. Mix well. Then add water as needed and mix well. Knead a smooth dough. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat Air fryer 180 degree C. Make a small balls. Brush the oil on both sides of the cutlet. Take out the basket. Don't over crowd it. Otherwise it will not cook properly. - Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Apply oil in the basket. Arrange the cutlet in the basket.
  4. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate and serve it with tomato sauce.
