  6. Get 3/4 cup grated bottle gourd (dudhi)

  8. Take 3 tbsp oil
  9. Get 2 tbsp green chillies ginger paste
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder

  1. Mix all flours,grated dudhi, chopped coriander leaves,all spices,oil and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add little- little whey water to bind semi soft dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Make 12 equal portions of prepare dough.
  3. Roll each portion into 6" diameter round roti. Place it on hot tawa, sprinkle1 tbsp oil and roast on both sides till golden brown spots appears. Similarly prepare all theplas.
