The ingredients needed to make Multigrain khichdi:
  1. Get 1/4 cup pigeon peas (toor daal)
  2. Take 1/4 cup split green gram (hari mung daal)
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup yellow green gram (yellow mung daal)
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup split chickpea (chana daal)
  5. Make ready 1/2 cup roasted dalia
  6. Take 1/2 cup rice
  7. Prepare 1 onion
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  9. Take 2 dry red chilli
  10. Take 1/4 cup green peas
  11. Make ready 3 tablespoon Oil

Instructions to make Multigrain khichdi:
  1. Take a pan dry roast all the lentils and sesame seeds till aroma comes from them in a slow flame. (Add dalia for dry roast if not having roasted dalia)
  2. Mix roasted dalia in all the roasted lentils and wash rice.
  3. Now take a cooker put oil then add mustard seeds cumin seeds when it starts crackling add asafetida, onion, green peas, dry red chilli, Curry leaves and cook for 2min. then add all lentils and washed rice then add all left over ingredients and add 4 glass of water. cook untill 4-5 whistle.
