The ingredients needed to make Corn and Multigrain chilla:
  1. Take 3 cups Mix dal flour
  2. Make ready 2 tspoon besan
  3. Make ready 1 tsp rice flour
  4. Prepare Half cup boiled and grated corn kernels
  5. Make ready Half cup methi
  6. Take 2 cups grinded oats
  7. Make ready 1/2 tspoon ajwain
  8. Make ready 1/2 tspoon Cummin seeds
  9. Make ready 2 medium sized chopped onions
  10. Make ready 6-7 chopped garlic
  11. Prepare 5-6 chopped green chillied
  12. Get 1 tspoon curd
  13. Get 1 tspoon red chilli powder
  14. Get Salt as per taste
  15. Take 3 cups Water
  16. Get Oil for brushup

Corn can be either boiled or roasted and served with butter or lemon juice and spices sprinkled over it. It is moslty available during monsoon and winter. Instructions to make Corn and Multigrain chilla:
  1. In a bowl take all mix dal flour.. Add all the dry ingrdients except Methi and curd.. And mix well after mixing add methi and curd
  2. Later keep it rest for 2 mins and add water mix it gradually
  3. After mixing the all the ingredients keep batter in refrigerator for 45 minutes batter consistency should be medium.. So that all flour get mix properly…later brush up pan with oil and spread batter slowly
  4. Let it cook properly on slow medium flame to get crispness.. After that remove chilla from pan and enjoy it with green chutney 😊
