The ingredients needed to make Multigrain Chakali:
  1. Make ready 1 cup Jowar flour
  2. Take 1 cup Bajari flour
  3. Make ready 1 cup Rice flour
  4. Get 1 cup Chana dal flour
  5. Get 1 cup Wheat flour
  6. Prepare 1/2 litre Oil
  7. Take to taste Salt
  8. Make ready 2 teaspoons Ajwain
  9. Make ready 2 teaspoons Poppy seeds
  10. Get 4 teaspoons Sesame seeds
  11. Prepare 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  12. Take 3-4 teaspoons (as per taste) Ginger garlic green chillies paste

Instructions to make Multigrain Chakali:
  1. First of all take all the flours in a heavy bottom pan and dry roast on low heat until nice aroma comes and it starts Changing colour
  2. Heat some water, add all the spices, sesame seeds, poppy seeds and Ajwain to hot water. Add salt also according to the taste
  3. In a mixing bowl take roasted mixed flours add 4 tablespoons of oil to it and mix well
  4. Now add warm water spiced water to flours and prepare a soft dough
  5. Knead it well and keep it covered aside for few minutes
  6. Now knead it again
  7. Take chakali maker, grease it with some oil. Fill it with sufficient ready dough
  8. Heat sufficient oil in a pan, prepare chakali and deep fry in hot oil on low heat until golden brown in colour. Keep turning in between.
