  2. Get 1/2 cup curd
  3. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup water
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Eno
  6. Make ready as needed oil
  7. Make ready For Masala.
  8. Make ready 1 onion chopped
  9. Prepare 1 green chilli
  10. Prepare 10 curry leaves
  11. Get 2 bowl crumbled paneer
  12. Prepare 3 potato boiled mashed
  13. Make ready 1 tsp oil
  14. Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
  15. Take 1 tsp salt
  16. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  17. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  19. Make ready For chutney
  20. Take 1/2 coconut chopped
  21. Make ready 2 green chilli
  22. Get 1/2 cup curd
  23. Get 2 tablespoon dadia (roasted chana dal)
  24. Take 1/2 tsp salt
  25. Get 1/2 tsp jeera

Instructions to make Multigrain Dosa:
  1. Take flour mix salt and curd.. Make thick batter with the help of water.
  2. Take a vessle add rai and curry leaves..green chilli.. add onion saute it..
  3. Add potato and masala…
  4. Add paneer and lemon juice.. Mix it properly.. Stuffing is ready.
  5. Mix all ingredients of chutney and make chutney with the help of mixer grinder.
  6. Now mix Eno in mixer of dosa.
  7. Take a nonstick tava of dosa.. Put it on flame… Spread lil oil on it and clean it.
  8. When the tava is hot..
  9. Spread one big spoon batter on it
  10. Sprinkle lil oil on all sides.
  11. Change the side of dosa.. Now again change the side of dosa..
  12. Now spread stuffing on it.. Fold it.. Dosa is ready.
