  2. Prepare Dal:
  3. Get 2 cup urad dal
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp garlic Chutney
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  6. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Make ready Salt as per taste
  8. Get For multigrain Bhakri
  9. Make ready 2 cup multigrain flour
  10. Take 2 tbsp oil
  11. Get as needed Ghee
  12. Take Salt as per taste
  13. Make ready Water as required
  14. Prepare Garlic Chutney
  15. Get 1 bowl peel garlic
  16. Get 1 cup red chilli powder
  17. Get Salt as per taste
  18. Take Half cup oil

Steps to make Urad Dal with Multigrain Bhakri, Garlic Chutney,jarda:
  1. Take a dal in a pressure cooker wash and soak for half an hour. After half an hour boil it upto 1 whistle. Once pressure cools down open it add garlic Chutney dry red chilli powder salt and turmeric and mix it. Dal will be thick and full do not try to break or blend. Boil till all masaala get cooked garnish with coriander leaves
  2. For Garlic Chutney- take small mixer jar add garlic into it add Red chilli powder or (you can also add dry red chilli it's optional) add oil and salt and grind it. Do not blend fully garlic should be little crushed. Garlic Chutney is ready to serve. In this Chutney we donot add water or tamarind paste. Chutney should be thick
  3. Perfect combination to have urad rotla and garlic chutney. Rotla receipe will be share in upcoming Recipes
  4. For Bhakri take a vessel add Bhakri flour given in the list add oil salt and water.knead thickly. This dough will be knead thick. Mix it take a big ball like dough and roll like a puri now turn it and again make a ball of dough now again roll like roti. This roti should roll in particularly in sides. Keep Bhakri tawa to get heat and roast lightly on one side turn on other side and roast till golden brown in low flame till it get crisp in low flame now again flip on the first side and
  5. Roast on high flame immediately it will get Puffed take it from tawa place on the plate apply ghee. Jarda receipe will be shared in upcoming Recipes.
  6. So place it in a platter and serve multigrain bhakri with Urad dal along with Garlic chutney and roti salad…
  7. I have also serve this recipe along with raw mango pickle and cabbage dry sambara. Raw mango pickle already shared.
