  1. Get 1 cup whole wheat flour
  2. Take 1/2 cup ragi flour
  3. Take 1/4 cup maize flour
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup oats
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup shredded or grated Mozzarella cheese
  6. Take 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp instant yeast
  8. Get 1 tsp salt + additional to taste
  9. Take as required Lukewarm water for kneading
  10. Make ready 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  11. Take 1/2 capsicum chopped
  12. Take 1/4 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  13. Get 4 tbsp chopped olives
  14. Make ready 1/2 bell pepper chopped
  15. Prepare 1/4 TSP pepper
  16. Make ready 1/2 tbsp oregano

Instructions to make Multigrain Mini Pizzas:
  1. Mix flour and oats in a bowl
  2. Make 3 wells, add 1 TSP salt, yeast and sugar. Gently mix
  3. Add lukewarm water as required and knead a smooth dough
  4. Coat the dough with 1 tbsp oil
  5. Cover and let it rest for 2 hours until it doubles in size
  6. The dough can be stored in refrigerator upto 3 days. Prepare the Dough in advance and use as required
  7. Gently deflate the dough and knead for 2-3 minutes
  8. Preheat oven to 180 and line baking tray
  9. Make equal portions of dough. Roll into mini pizzas. Roll thick or thin as required. Gently prick the pizza all over. Place on baking tray
  10. Bake for 10 minutes
  11. In a bowl, add chopped veggies, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp olive oil. Toss well
  12. Apply pizza sauce
  13. Spread chopped veggies and olives evenly over the pizza
  14. Add cheese over the veggies
  15. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts in preheated oven at 180 deg
  16. Sprinkle oregano, parsley and red chilli flakes. Serve
