  6. Get To taste salt
  7. Take 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Get 1/4 tsp garam masala
  9. Take 1/4 tsp mango powder
  10. Make ready 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  11. Get Cooking Oil for deep frying

Steps to make Multi Grain Bread's Roll:
  1. Peel and mash potatoes. Add chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, onions and grated ginger. Add all dry masale and mix well and divide the mixture in 4 parts.
  2. Cut edges of bread slices. Dip it in water and squeeze excess water by pressing them between your palms.
  3. Keep one ball of potato mixture on bread slice and roll it like a cylinder. Like wise make all the bread rolls.
  4. Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry bread rolls till golden brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
  5. Serve hot with sauce.
