The ingredients needed to make Wheat poori:
  1. Make ready 1 cup Wheat flour dough
  2. Get As needed oil

Poori is a Indian fried bread made with whole wheat flour & salt. To make these, an unleavened dough is prepared first. Then small portions of it are rolled to flat discs similar to roti. These are fried in hot oil to puff up.

Instructions to make Wheat poori:
  1. Heat kadhai add oil in it for frying.
  2. Make small chapati
  3. Fry in hot oil till crispy
  4. Serve hot with chole.

Add turmeric powder (haldi), red chili powder (lal mirch) and coriander powder (dhaniya). Also add salt as per taste.
