  2. Prepare 1 cup hot milk
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup oil
  4. Take 1 cup whole wheat flour
  5. Get 1 teaspoon baking soda
  6. Take 1/4 cup Chopped cashew nuts
  7. Make ready 1 teaspoon wheat flour for coating cashews
  8. Take 8-10 slit cashews extra for top

Steps to make Sugarfree WholeWheat Dates Cake:
  1. Soak chopped dates in 3/4 cup milk for 2 hours.
  2. Puree dates and milk mixture.
  3. Mix oil into the dates puree.
  4. Whish together flour with soda.
  5. Coat chopped cashews with a teaspoon of flour.
  6. Mix dry and wet mixture, by adding flour in 2-3 portions. Add remaining milk only if batter is too thick.
  7. Also add cashews and fold the batter just until everything is combined. The batter will be thick.
  8. Butter and dust a 6 or 7 inch cake tin.
  9. Pour the btter and even out the surface.
  10. Sprinkle some cashews on top.
  11. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool over wire rack for 7 minutes, remove the cake over wire rack and cool completely.
  12. Serve with favourite beverage.
