  1. Take wheat flour in a parath. - Add oil and salt to it. - Mix it well and slowly add water to it and knead medium consistency dough.
  2. Make small balls of it. - Make puris of it around of 4 inches. - Heat oil in a khadhai. - Drop puris in it and fry it both the sides untill it becomes golden brown in color. - Keep medium flame. - Now take it out on absorbent paper. - And serve it with any sabji and dal.
