  3. 4- thread the mince onto the metal skewers(some oil on your palms so mince doesn't stick your hands) - place skewers in to the hot grill 3- 4 minute each saide or until fully cooked continue to let them cook through completely or browned on all sides, a few minutes longer working in batches.
