Steps to make Bombay duck curry:
  1. Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf
  2. Add cauliflower florets and Potatoes saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
  3. Add the fish and cover till it is soft
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well
