  1. Make sure ur bitter leaf is washed clean to reduce its very bitter taste. Boil all desired proteins and set aside,wash and debone fishes, boil stock fish n also boil cocoyam pound and set aside..Also u can blanch ur bitterleaf if it’s still to bitter.
  2. In a clean pot pour d meat stock and add d amount of water u will need for d soup,add ur bitter leaf and let it boil den add ur cocoyam and palmoil oil cover d pot give it time to dissolve den add ur ogiri,cowleg n offals,pounded crayfish n pepper,stock fish,dryfish,smoked fish n prawns den taste to adjust salt and seasoning then soup is ready
