The ingredients needed to make Mixed Dals ka chivada:
  1. Make ready 1 cup yellow moong dal
  2. Make ready 1 cup green moong
  3. Take 1 cup channe ki dal
  4. Prepare 1 cup lobia
  5. Prepare 1 cup groundnuts
  6. Take Few curry leaves
  7. Make ready 6-8 green chillies slit

  3. Then fry the poha an keep aside. Then fry the dals one by one till crisp. Then keep it aside.
  4. Then take a big pan add the fried curry leaves, green chillies, garlic, groundnuts,all the dals,then add the fried poha, salt,chat masala, black salt an mix well. Then pour it in a tight jar an close the lid
